Pyyntö
osallistua haastatteluun
Teemme
Euroopan unionin rahoittamaa tutkimusta lähestymiskielloista. Hanke
on nimeltään POEMS (Mapping the legislation and assessing the impact of
Protection Orders in the European Member States). Tutkimme lähestymiskieltojen
tilannetta eri EU-jäsenvaltioissa. Suomessa tutkimuksen tekee Helsingin
yliopiston oikeustieteellinen tiedekunta/Johanna Niemi, Ida Lindfors ja Sini
Majlander.
POEMS
POEMS
-projekti koostuu 27 kansallisten asiantuntijoiden laatimasta raportista sekä
haastatteluista, jotka toteutetaan sellaisten lähisuhdeväkivallan tai
häirinnän uhrien kanssa, joilla on kokemusta lähestymiskielloista. Nyt
etsimme tutkimukseen haastateltavia.
Jos
Sinulla on kokemusta lähestymiskielloista, pyydämme sinua osallistumaan
tutkimukseen! Haastattelu kestää 1-1,5 tuntia, korvaamme mahdolliset
matkakulut ja saat elokuvaliput palkkioksi.
Jos
Sinulla on mahdollisuus osallistua, ota yhteyttä tutkija Sini Majlanderiin
(puh. 040 8673094). Haastattelu suoritetaan henkilökohtaisesti ja
haastattelukielenä voidaan käyttää suomea tai englantia.
POEMS - Research on Protection Orders: Interview Request
|
Intimate partner violence is often repeated, during
the relationship and after a break-up. Therefore, additional protection is
needed. Protection orders may provide such protection.
At the moment there is a study carried out in the
European member States, financed by the EU, which aims at clarifying the
situation of protection orders in Europe. In Finland this POEMS project
(“Mapping the legislation and assessing the impact of Protection Orders in the
European Member States”) is managed by the Helsinki University’s Faculty of
Law.
The POEMS project wishes to give accurate information
on protection order legislation and to identify good practices and possible
gaps in protection. The project involves 27 national reports on protection
order laws and interviews with victims of IPV and stalking whose (former)
partner had a protection order imposed against him or her. We are now looking
for those interviewees.
If you have experience on protection orders and you’d
wish to share your knowledge, please contact researcher Sini Majlander (sini.majlander@helsinki.fi
or 040 8673094).
The interview takes 1-1,5 hours, possible costs for
travel are covered and you will get tickets to cinema as a remuneration. The
interview is conducted face-to-face using Finnish or English.
